Meet Jane, your LivNow Relocation Specialist.
Jane is the one-and-only person you’ll deal with when using LivNow during your move. No confusion. No being handed off to a different person or department. Whatever you need, just ask Jane.
Jane’s main roles include:
- Helping orchestrate your move
- Recommending movers, organizers, and other service providers – even real estate agents – from LivNow’s Certified Supplier Partner list
- Managing connections and schedules with those service providers
- Helping plan and manage your move-in timeline
- Using the Good Move app to keep both you and us informed
As a peer, Jane understands all your concerns and is ready to answer any and every question you may have. Her goal is to make your move as stress-free as possible.

Is using LivNow really free?
Yes! The Arbordale and LivNow have partnered to bring you their services at no cost to you.
Are real estate agents, movers, organizers, or other services also free?
No, those additional services are not free. However, if you use one of LivNow’s Certified Supplier Partners, you can rest assured that you’ll be receiving the best possible terms.
Do any other senior communities in the area offer this?
Not that we know of! LivNow is just one more thing that makes The Arbordale a cut above the rest.
What is the Good Move app?
The Good Move app keeps you, us, and anyone one else you want to share info with (like your family) up to date on service provider info and more. You don’t have to use it, of course, but it is mighty handy.
